Join us for this strengthening specific class which will help you gain strength throughout your whole body. You will need hand weights, exercise bands or even water bottles or soup cans–we will show you all sorts of ways to gain strength! Don’t forget your water!

Join us for a live online zoom class focused on flexibility – we have to stretch to combat the symptoms of rigidity that are present with Parkinson’s. You will need a chair (preferably with no arm rests), room to move and a yoga mat if you have one!
